OKLAHOMA CITY – A federal judge in Oklahoma ruled Monday that state officials cannot use the Covid-19 pandemic to effectively ban most abortions, clearing the way for medication abortions to resume as well as procedures for women who would lose their right to a lawful abortion by the time the ban was lifted.
