Abortion Ban

A federal judge in Oklahoma ruled Monday that state officials cannot use the Covid-19 pandemic to effectively ban most abortions, <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/ok-abortion.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">clearing the way</a></strong> for medication abortions to resume as well as procedures for women who would lose their right to a lawful abortion by the time the ban was lifted.
