Abortion

The American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists et al. sued the U.S. Food And Drug Administration et al. in federal court, claiming that “on the pretext of Covid-19 protection, the defendants unconstitutionally require the plaintiffs’ patients to visit their offices to receive a prescription of a common abortion drug, creating an undue burden.”
