PHILADELPHIA (CN) — A Pennsylvania federal judge finds an insurer does not need to defend its insured, who pulled a trespasser from the horse he was riding and punched him in the face. A security tape shows his actions were not self-defense, so his behavior is exempted from the insurance policy.
