(CN) - First Enterprise Rent-A-Car rented him a car with a broken gas gauge, so he ran out of gas on Interstate 80 in the middle of the night, then Enterprise sent out a tow truck driver who ran him over, crushing his hand and injuring his head, Michael Brown claims in Alameda County Court.
