NEW YORK — The Second Circuit revived a couple’s claims stemming from the wife’s Trulign ocular lens implant, which caused her significant loss of vision, finding Connecticut law expressly permits claims against medical device manufacturers for failing to provide adequate warnings to regulators about complications unique to their products.
