Fingerprinting

MANHATTAN — The Second Circuit vacated a preliminary injunction ordering Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont to require the resumption of fingerprinting services, which are necessary to obtain firearm permits. The issue became moot when police chiefs agreed to resume fingerprinting.
