9th Circuit Remands |Toy Trademark Dispute

SAN FRANCISCO (CN) - The 9th Circuit reversed and remanded a ruling for Jada Toys in its trademark dispute with rival toymaker Mattel. Jada claimed Mattel's Old School and New School line of toy cars and trucks infringe on its registered trademarked, Old Skool, while Mattel counterclaimed that Jada's Hot Rigz mark dilutes its Hot Wheels trademark.
