9th Circuit

ANTI-SLAPP, GOVERNMENT - The 9th Circuit found that the lower court should not have granted a motion to strike a complaint over a San Diego County supervisor's hostile public statements directed at the owner of several local trailer parks. The supervisor accused Manufactured Home Communities of preying on the elderly with unjustified rent increases.
