BANKRUPTCY, REAL ESTATE - The bankruptcy court ruled that the transfer of mortgage interests in the debtor's property to certain lenders were preferential transfers. Thus, the trustee was entitled to a judgment against each lender equal to the value of the lender's preferential mortgage.
