7th Circuit

INSURANCE, PENSIONS - St. Paul Fire and Marine sought a declaration that it had no duty to defend Franklin Park, Ill., in a lawsuit filed by firefighters who claimed the village had short-changed their pension fund for decades. The 7th Circuit held that the firefighters' claim alleged intentional conduct rather than a "negligent act, error, or omission" covered by the policy.
