CONTEMPT - The 7th Circuit ruled that the principal investor of a bankrupt company is entitled to an opportunity for a hearing before she can be held in civil contempt for participating in a scheme to stiff Teknek's creditors by refusing to hand over a "key to the code" to decipher the company's books. Reversed. See ruling.
