$70 Million Scam on Old Man Alleged

CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y. (CN) - Christopher Devine and Bruce Buzil preyed upon a lonely, frail and elderly man to defraud him of nearly $70 million for their company, Superior Broadcasting, which, contrary to their promises, never owned or bought a single radio station, the man's court-appointed guardian claims in Federal Court.
