6th Circuit

ANTITRUST - The 6th Circuit upheld a damage award of more than $20 million against Columbia Iron and Metal Company, a metal scrapping company accused of rigging bids and fixing prices, among other antitrust violations. The appellate court ruled that the lower court properly allowed testimony from the plaintiffs' expert economist.
