$630M antitrust settlement

MADISON, Wis. — A federal court in Wisconsin approved a $630 million settlement agreement between a class of 243 companies and an Austin-based car dealership software and services company, which the class accused of conspiring with its competitors to restrain trade and drive up prices in the data-integration services market.
