ARBITRATION - The 5th Circuit affirmed an arbitration award of $13.6 million to Wartsila Finland OY inits dispute withDuke Energy International overunpaid invoicesfrom the construction of apower plant in Guatemala. J. Garza ruled that the arbitration panel unambiguously ordered Duke to pay Wartsila, and the fact that the panel let Duke withdraw certain claims for later arbitration has no bearing on this clear language.
