$50,000 for Violating Don’t-Call Law

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (CN) - A Kentucky telemarketer will pay Missouri $50,000 for violating the state's no-call law. Louisville-based THV Holdings reached the agreement with Attorney General Chris Koster.

THV also agreed to keep an updated list of Missouri's no-call list and to comply with all no-call laws.

THV does business as Thomas Construction and True Home Value. It admitted calling Missourians and trying to sell them home remodeling products.
