CIVIL RIGHTS, EMPLOYMENT - The 4th Circuit affirmed a ruling for Firestone Fibers in an employment discrimination claim, finding that the employer reasonably accommodated a worker's religious beliefs. The employee lost his shift due to lack of seniority, and was fired for not showing up for work after exhausting his leave for religious holidays and Sabbaths.
