47 Sue Imprisoned Mortgage Broker

PHILADELPHIA (CN) - Forty-seven federal lawsuits accuse Wesley Snyder and Mutual Service Corp. of defrauding homebuyers of a total of $5.1 million through "wrap-around, equity slide down discount mortgages." Mutual Service Corp. is based in West Palm Beach; Snyder is in federal prison.

All plaintiffs are represented by John Speicher with Leisawitz Heller of Wyomissing, Pa.
