3rd Circuit Won’t Review Coach’s Team-Prayer Case

PHILADELPHIA (CN) - The 3rd Circuit let stand its decision to bar East Brunswick High School football coach Marcus Borden from participating in student-led team prayer.

The full court declined to reconsider its April ruling, in which a three-judge panel unanimously upheld a school policy prohibiting faculty from participating in student-initiated prayer.
