WATERBURY, Conn. — Twenty-nine workers died in a fire at a four-story call center in Davao City, Philippines, on Dec. 23, 2017, that was operated as a joint venture by the U.S. company Dynata fka Survey Sampling International, their survivors claim in the Superior Court of Waterbury, Connecticut.
