21 States Sue NorVergence Ally

TUCSON (CN) - On behalf of 21 states, Arizona sued National City Commercial Capital Co. to ensure compliance with its promise to settle with consumers and to stop misrepresenting the "Matrix box." This is fallout from the scheme in which now-bankrupt NorVergence claimed its boxes could provide cheaper telephone, Internet and wireless service.
