20 Years for Bogus Child Porn

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (CN) - A man will spend 20 years in federal prison for making a clothed child appear nude in photos. Elvon Arndt, 66, of Kansas City, agreed to the sentence in his plea bargain.

Arndt pleaded guilty to attempted production of child pornography, the Kansas City Star reported.

He took pictures of a clothed girl and used software to make her appear naked.
