$20 Million Demand For Speech Gadgets

WILMINGTON, DEL. (CN) - Vianix claims that Nuance Communications, formerly known as Dictaphone, owes it $20 million to $30 million in royalties on speech-compression technologies. Vianix also claims Nuance is illegally giving the confidential information to other businesses "on a massive scale."

Vianix is represented in Delaware Chancery Court by Denise Seastone Kraft with Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge.
