IMMIGRATION - The 1st Circuit found that a Christian asylum petitioner from Indonesia is not likely to suffer religious persecution if he returns to the predominately Muslim country. The court said his claims of past persecution were vague and sporadic, and dismissed as moot his claim that the Board of Immigration Appeals ignored data on conditions in Indonesia.
