1st Circuit

EMPLOYMENT - The 1st Circuit concluded that a man who was fired from his probationary position as a federal air marshal on grounds that he violated safety regulations during firearms training failed to establish that other trainees were treated differently or that the reasons given for his firing were merely a pretext for race discrimination. Dismissal affirmed. See ruling.
