BANKING/LENDING - Per curiam, the 1st Circuit upheld a judgment for U.S. National Bank in a hedge fund manager's contract action against it. The manager accused the bank of causing the fund to lose money by issuing false monthly statements, but he failed to move for a judgment after the bank admitted to having issued one false monthly statement. He also failed to move for a new trial after the jury read its verdict.
