EMPLOYMENT - The 1st Circuit ruled that a man's political discrimination action against his former employer is barred by Puerto Rico's two-year statute of limitations. The plaintiff claimed that his employer, the state-run power authority, discriminated against him after the political party he backed lost power in Puerto Rico's 2000 elections.
