CHICAGO (CN) - A business claims that the three men who run SL Waukegan persuaded it to invest $1 million in a casino in Waukegan, by promising that William Cellini - who is facing fraud charges for his alleged relations with both ex-Gov. Rod Blagojevich and Antoin "Tony" Rezko - had no involvement in the project. But he did, plaintiff BDK Waukegan says.
BDK sued Richard Stein, Alan Ludwig, Michael Pizzuto and SL Waukegan in Cook County Court. It says Cellini had been involved with the casino project since the 1990s.
BDK is represented by Donald Johnson and Lawrence Seiwert.
