$150,000 in Phony Refunds, Feds Say

MANHATTAN (CN) - Federal prosecutors say two people bilked corporations of more than $150,000 from more than 3,000 phony complaints and demands for refunds. Ender Oskay, 47, and Kristyn Deangelo, 28, used dozens of PO boxes and allegedly demanded that the refund checks be sent in names similar to their own.
