$15 Million Demand Alleges Bogus Indian Art

CHICAGO (CN) - Native American Arts demands $15 million from Peter Stone Co., claiming the West Palm Beach art dealer advertises and sells arts and crafts falsely labeled as Indian-made. Plaintiff, wholly owned and operated by members of the Ho-Chunk Nation, says Stone hurt its business by competing unfairly and drove down the price of authentic Indian art.

Native American Arts is represented in Federal Court by Peter Mullen.
