$12M to injured railway worker

ST. LOUIS — An appeals court in Missouri affirmed the $12 million damages award that had been granted in 2022 in favor of a Kansas City Southern Railway Company employee who fell off a train, which ran over his legs and and required their amputation. A 2023 judgment awarding interest is vacated.
