HEALTH CARE - A group of physicians sued a preferred provider organization, with whom they had entered into a contract, after the organization used the doctors' names and identities to advertise and sell medical discount cards. The 11th Circuit held that under Georgia law, the doctors' misappropriation claim is not pre-empted by the contract with the preferred provider organization.
