10th Circuit

TORT, CONTRACT - A hospital sued a consultant after a medical office building project turned into a financial disaster. The 10th Circuit found that the consultant made at least three false statements about the cost of maintaining the building and turning a profit. The hospital claimed the consultant hid the errors by nondisclosure and misleading responses. Summary judgment reversed. See ruling.
