ATTORNEYS, SANCTIONS - The 10th Circuit upheld an almost $8,000 sanction against attorney Mark Hammons because he filed a motion to enforce a settlement agreement in a discrimination case that misstated the opposing counsel's position without a reasonable basis, costing his opponents a needless expense of $7,974.
