10th Circuit

INSURANCE - The 10th Circuit held that an insurance company had no duty to defend a wrongful-death claim against an insured who pleaded guilty to negligent homicide. The insurer claimed his guilty plea triggered the criminal-conviction exclusion in his homeowner's insurance policy.
