ATTORNEYS - A lawyer and his firm won a long struggle over the application of state disciplinary rules to their advertising, but lost a separate disciplinary matter regarding the representation of a client. In a suit arising from both sets of proceedings, the attorney alleged that New Mexico's disciplinary board violated his constitutional rights. The 10th Circuit held that the board's actions in the advertising matter did not infringe any constitutionally protected interest.
