The litigation trustee of the PNI Litigation trust, successor to Patriot National Inc., sued PNI’s former CEO Steven M. WILMINGTON, Del. — The litigation trustee of the PNI Litigation trust, successor to Patriot National Inc., sued PNI’s former CEO Steven M. Mariano and 19 other officers for $100 million, claiming they destroyed PNI in bad faith, “almost entirely for the benefit of Mariano and his cronies,” in Delaware Chancery Court.
