$1.2 Million Attorneys’ Fees

A federal magistrate <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Fresno.Costs_.pdf">approved $1.2 million</a></strong> in attorneys’ fees and costs Tuesday for the Estate of Stephen Willis, which <a href="https://www.courthousenews.com/cops-cleared-on-shooting-may-face-trial-after-all/">sued</a> Fresno and the police officers who shot him.

SACRAMENTO — On remand from the Ninth Circuit, a federal magistrate approved $1.2 million in attorneys’ fees and costs Tuesday for the Estate of Stephen Willis, which sued Fresno and the police officers who shot him.
