Scam on Police

The Federal Trade Commission and Missouri attorney general claim in a federal complaint that the Disabled Police and Sheriffs Foundation dba The American Police and Sheriffs Association dba Police Officers Safety Association raised $9.9 million, ostensibly for families of police officers killed in the line of duty, but kept 95 percent of it.
