Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains is not entitled to summary judgment in a case over the fatal shooting carried out on Nov. 27, 2015, by Robert Dear, the Colorado Court of Appeals ruled, finding that Planned Parenthood knew violence could be expected at its clinics, based in part on death threats to its medical director.
