Woman claims Shaq is stalking her

ATLANTA (CN) — A Georgia woman claims Shaquille O'Neal is stalking her; she seeks a protective order.

Alexis Miller, who describes herself as "an independent music recording artist and performer known as MaryJane," claims NBA star has been stalking her since their intimate relationship ended in July.

Miller claims that on July 17 O'Neal sent her an email threatening to "blackball" her from the recording industry by "paying established artists with whom she previously worked $50,000 each for their agreement to refuse to perform or record with her in the future so that she would not be able to sign a contract with a record company."

She claims O'Neal subsequently sent her this threatening email: "I dnt no who the fuk u think u dealin wit u will neva be heard from one phone call is all I gotta make no try me. Sho me."

The complaint in Fulton County Superior Court continues: "On the same date, following Petitioner's subsequent request that Respondent cease sending her any further e-mail or text messages, Respondent replied by sending her an unsolicited vulgar and offensive illustration of a man physically restraining a woman while forcing her to engage in sexual intercourse with him."

Miller also claims O'Neal has had her home watched and made late night telephone phone calls in which someone breathes heavily. She claims that as a result, she has missed "several professional meetings, public appearances and recording sessions with other artists and has sought the professional assistance of a doctor to treat her for anxiety and acute stress."

Miller is represented by D. David Wolfe.
