Water Contamination

The city of Hemet brought a federal complaint against Dow Chemical, Shell Oil and Crop Production Service for contaminating groundwater with TCP; and Golden State Water Co. sued the same defendants and J.R. Simplot on similar claims, for its wells in Nipomo and Claremont.
