PLACERVILLE, Calif. — A car-racing fan sued Russell Motorsports and El Dorado County and Fairgrounds in El Dorado County Court, claiming the Placerville Speedway is so dangerous that, after he was hospitalized from being hit with a lemon-sized rock thrown up from the track, his nurses laughed and said, “It’s another injury from the racetrack."
