A federal judge in Hawaii revised his injunction Monday against the executive order by President Donald Trump that limited immigration from certain Muslim-majority countries.

HONOLULU - A federal judge in Hawaii revised his injunction Monday against the executive order by President Donald Trump that limited immigration from certain Muslim-majority countries.

The revision clarifies that the administration could implement sections of the ban that "do not burden individuals outside of the executive branch of the federal government." This could include continuing to craft related policies or make recommendations within the executive branch without carrying them out.
