The Ninth Circuit ruled Tuesday that a federal judge properly dismissed Starlight Cinema’s antitrust action against theater chain rival Regal, finding Starlight offered no evidence of a conspiracy that Regal used its power to secure blockbuster films and left Starlight with the leftovers.
