LOS ANGELES — The SEC brought a federal complaint Wednesday accusing Hani Zeni, 54, of Santa Barbara, of concealing damaging information about his breast-implant company, Sientra, while raising $61 million in an IPO. The share price sank by 53 percent the day after the offering closed.
