Porn Star Details Violent & Deviant|Kitchen-Counter Trysts With Violinist

MANHATTAN (CN) — A hooker and porn star suing her former fiance, an international violinist, says their whirlwind and tempestuous relationship left her with broken ribs and kidney stones from being forced to drink his urine.

Both the broken ribs and the "urine incident," as it is described in the June 3 complaint, happened during wild sex, months apart, on kitchen counters.

Ashley Youdan leveled the allegations in a $20 million complaint against man-bun-wearing violinist David Christian Bongartz in Manhattan Supreme Court. Bongartz performs under the name David Garrett.

She calls the German-born hottie "one of the most famous international pop and classical violinists." A footnote to the 17-page action says Bongartz got his first Stradivarius from German President Richard von Weizacker when he was 11.

"He's leading a double-life," Youdan's attorney, Edward Hayes, said in an interview Tuesday. "He admits to the allegations against him. It's just an awful case. She was desperately in love with him. She wanted to make the relationship work and she was terribly abused."

Bongartz and Youdan met in August 2014 when he hired her for sex, according to the complaint. Youdan says Bongartz popped the question and introduced her to his family in New York after just days of courtship.

They traveled the world together on tour, and Youdan quit the porn industry at Bongartz's behest, according to the complaint.

Youdan says the violinist's "behaviour began to take a dark turn for the worse" on their first Christmas together, when Bongartz responded to a Craiglist ad for a "sex slave," hoping he could keep this person in a cage.

After hours of negotiating, however, the sex slave was a no-show.

Youdan says what she hoped had been an "isolated incident" resurfaced weeks later when Bongartz returned to her from a New Year's Eve performance in Berlin.

While the two had sex on the kitchen counter of Bongartz's Manhattan apartment, according to the complaint, the violinist paused to pee in a glass, pinned Youdan to the counter by her neck and threw the urine in her face.

Youdan says Bongartz forced her to swallow, tossed the rest of the piss between her legs and continued having sex with her "despite her objections."

By March, Youdan was diagnosed with kidney stones and a kidney infection, a diagnosis she attributes to "the urine incident from January 7."

Despite the abuse, Youdan says she "was desperate to maintain her new life." She began to have second thoughts come October, however, upon learning that the blond Bongartz's sexual history included dalliances "with transsexual pornography actors and escorts."

Youdan says she no longer felt "comfortable" having sex with Bongartz, but he "forced" her to have intercourse on the night of Oct. 24, when he was drunk and high on cocaine.

The wunderkind allegedly slammed Youdan against the kitchen counter during the tryst, breaking one of her ribs.

And still she stayed and "remained quiet about the abuse," holding "tightly to the hope that her life with defendant was a safer and happier than her life in adult films," according to her complaint.

Youdan says she reached out to Bongartz's record label company, Universal Music Group, for guidance.

Rather than help, however, Universal allegedly instructed Youdan to delete any social-media posts that linked her to the musician. Universal is not a party to the complaint, which says Youdan recorded the strategy session.

Youdan did ultimately delete her posts but she says she refused to sign a confidentiality agreement "because she was scared of [Bongartz] and did not want to be left unable to pursue help or legal action."

Bongartz offered Youdan $300,000 on Oct. 27, according to the complaint, and said he still wanted to marry her.

He allegedly gave her an engagement ring on Dec. 23 but became enraged a month later when she posted pictures of it on social media.

Youdan says Bongartz wound up breaking down the bathroom door and wrestling her to the floor to take her cellphone from her.

"The following few weeks were tumultuous," she notes, but she was "hopeful that circumstances would improve and that defendant would still marry her."

She finally left him on Valentine's Day, Feb. 14.

Youdan seeks damages for negligence, assault, battery and emotional distress.
