phila-mail-bombPHILADELPHIA (CN) — Police on Thursday released photos of a suspect in the late November mail bombing in Philadelphia: an Asian man in his late teens to early 30s who was dressed in a blue coat, jeans and tennis shoes.

James Alden, 60, was wounded by the bomb when he opened it, expecting asthma inhalers.

The explosion occurred in the Rittenhouse neighborhood in the early morning of Nov. 22, but the bomb was dropped off at Alden's home on Nov. 20. The suspect is seen dropping off the package in a video being held by police.

Police cautioned that the man in the video may have simply dropped off the package as a courier, unaware of its deadly contents. The bomb is being analyzed by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.

Police ask anyone with information on the suspect to call (215) 686 TIPS.

A $10,000 reward has been offered for information that leads to the bomb-maker's arrest.
