WILMINGTON, Del. — The International Monetary Fund insisted that it did not a license for multiple copies of the Oil Daily newsletter, but systematically ripped off the publication, Energy Intelligence Group claims in a federal complaint, pointing to an email in which the designated IMF subscriber accidentally hit reply instead of forward with an attached copy of the Aug. 19, 2015, newsletter.
