1.) Supreme Court Chucks $399 Million Verdict in Apple-Samsung War

Reversing a massive Apple patent win, the Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that entire phones cannot be considered infringing even though the “innards of Samsung’s smartphones were not sold separately from their shells.”
